Job Summary: 

We are looking for Graduate Engineers to provide L1 technical support and monitoring for our systems and infrastructure. This role serves as the first point of contact for technical issues, ensuring high system availability and performance.

Required Technical Skills: 

  • Server administration 
  • OS skills (Windows, Linux, etc.) 
  • Networking fundamentals (Routing, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.) 
  • Basic understanding of application architectures, (e.g. web, application, database) 

Desired Technical Skills: 

  • Scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash, etc.) 
  • Automation tools (Ansible, Jenkins, Terraform, etc.) 
  • DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, containerization, etc.) 

Soft Skills: 

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. 
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 

Experience: 

  • 2024 and 2025 Graduates with internship experience in system administration, technical support, or a related field would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Provide 24×7 technical support for applications, servers, virtual infrastructure, and network issues. 
  • Monitor alerts proactively using Zabbix, SolarWinds or similar, performing L1 troubleshooting, and escalating issues within SLA and meet MTTA and MTTN targets. 
  • Monitor system performance, identifying, and reporting potential issues. 
  • Manage escalations, communicating with clients and vendors as needed. 
  • Manage Jira queue effectively, ensuring timely acknowledgment of tickets and meeting SLA requirements. 
  • Monitor Slack and Teams for reactive issues and respond promptly to minimize MTTR. 
  • Participate in incident management processes, including incident detection, response, and resolution. 
  • Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues and resolutions 
  • This role requires you to work in 24×7 rotational shift.
