What success looks like in this role:
- Gains familiarity with Systems Administration concepts, practices and methodologies.
- With guidance, performs standard Systems Administration duties, including:
- Creating, updating and publishing network diagrams and configurations,
- Performing daily administrative tasks such as, device configuration and troubleshooting,
- Responding to issues and client requests,
- Evaluating client hardware requests for compliance, conformity, applicability, performance and cost effectiveness,
- Researching and analyzing systems issues, and
- Assisting in the development, implementation and documentation of project tasks.
- Documenting assigned activities and progress.
- Learns and applies company and industry standard systems administration policies and guidelines.
