We are looking for a highly motivated MIS Apprentice to support the AML Compliance function through data-driven reporting, analytics, and dashboarding. This role offers an opportunity to work on critical compliance reporting, enabling insights that drive business decisions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate (preferred from Commerce, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields) 
  • Strong proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel & SQL (mandatory)
    (Pivot Tables, complex formulas, data analysis techniques) 
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills 
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) 
  • Ability to interpret data and translate it into meaningful insights 
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) 
  • Understanding of AML Compliance / Risk / Financial Services domain 
  • Experience with dashboard creation and data visualization 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills (good to have) 
  • Ability to drive discussions and present insights confidently 

Job Responsibilities:

How will you make an impact in this role?

  • Support creation and delivery of Weekly, Monthly, and ad-hoc MIS reports 
  • Develop and maintain performance scorecards and reporting dashboards 
  • Assist in building Automated reporting solutions to improve efficiency 
  • Perform data extraction, validation, and analysis from multiple sources 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and provide solutions 
  • Participate in and lead reporting discussions with business partners when required 
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all deliverables 
  • Support continuous improvement of reporting processes and data quality
