Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is inviting applications for its BPS Off Campus Hiring 2025, targeting fresh graduates from Arts, Commerce, and Science streams. Eligible candidates include full-time graduates from B.Com, BA, BAF, BBI, BBA, BBM, BMS, and B.Sc (excluding Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Computer Science, and Information Technology) from the 2025 batch. Applicants should have no more than one active backlog at the time of the selection process and must have completed their education within the stipulated course duration. The hiring process includes an in-center test covering Numerical Ability, Reasoning Ability, and Quantitative Aptitude. Selected candidates will be placed across various TCS locations in India, working in dynamic roles that offer excellent career growth opportunities.

TCS Eligibility Criteria for TCS BPS Off Campus Freshers Hiring 2025

  • 3-years full-time Graduates from B.Com, BA, BAF, BBI, BBA, BBM, and BMS from the batch of 2025 may apply.
  • Backlogs/Arrears/ATKT: Up to 1 pending or active backlog/arrear/ATKT is permitted at the time of appearing for the TCS interview process. If selected, no pending backlogs/arrears/ATKT will be permitted at the time of joining TCS. All pending backlogs/arrears/ATKT should be cleared within the stipulated course duration.
  • Extended Education: No extended education would be allowed. Candidates should have completed the course in the stipulated course duration
  • Gap/Break in education: It is mandatory for students to declare gap in education, if any, in TCS Application Form. The overall academic gap should not exceed 24 months until the highest qualification. Relevant document proof, as applicable, will be checked for gaps in education.
  • Course Types: Only full-time courses will be considered (part-time/correspondence courses will not be considered). Candidates who have completed their Secondary and/or Senior Secondary course from NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) are also eligible to apply if the other courses are full-time.
  • Work Experience:  Please note, the role is only for ‘Trainee Requirement’. However, prior work experience, if any, is required to be mandatorily declared by the candidates in the TCS Application form.
  • Candidates should be comfortable working in 24 x 7 work environment in rotational shifts (including night) depending on the project requirements.
  • Age: Minimum age: 18 years and Maximum age: 28 years.
