TCS BPS 2025 – Eligibility Criteria

• Education: 3-year full-time graduates in B.Com, BA, BAF, BBI, BBA, BBM, BMS (Batch 2025).
• Backlogs/Arrears/ATKT: Up to 1 active backlog allowed during interview. All must be cleared before joining.
• Extended Education: Not permitted; candidates must complete the course in stipulated duration.
• Education Gap: Allowed up to 24 months, with valid supporting documents.
• Course Type: Only full-time recognized courses. NIOS candidates eligible if higher education is full-time.
• Work Experience: Role is for Trainee; prior work experience must be declared if any.
• Age Limit: Minimum 18 years, Maximum 28 years.
• Work Environment: Willingness to work in 24×7 rotational shifts, including night shifts, based on project needs.
