About the Role:

Work Shift: This is a Night shift position. You should be flexible to work on any other shift depending on the business need.

The Team: The Client Operations team is responsible for providing client support on our business intelligence tool by holding investigative conversations & driving product usage and revenue. Being present in the US, Philippines & Pakistan makes it a truly global team. As a member of the Client Services team, you will serve as a product generalist for the Capital IQ and Capital IQ Pro platforms. Working as a team is essential in this role. Additionally, Client Services interact with many internal teams, including Sales, Content, Product, and Technical Support.

The Impact: As the face of the organization, your regular day requires you to answer client queries while showcasing your vast knowledge of our tools, data, and the industries we cover. Additionally, you’ll help to accelerate the quality and timeliness of the data, improve operational efficiency to reduce error rates, and improve support survey scores to help maintain retention rates and drive revenue increases.

What we’re looking for:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s &/or Master’s degree in Marketing, Finance, ACCA Finalist or Affiliate
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention-to-detail and possess strong critical thinking skills
  • Exhibit interest in learning
  • Basic knowledge of finance, the financial market, and our company.

Responsibilities: As a Product Consultant within the Capital IQ Client Services Team Gurgaon, your day-to-day responsibilities will be to:

  • Deliver the best client experience while providing support and finance-related research.
  • Be the client’s advocate in getting the best possible solution to their inquiries. We partner with our clients to ensure that their issues are fully resolved, and they are improving our products’ potential.
  • Be a channel for client feedback. We coordinate with our Content and Product Management team to resolve client inquiries. We also help our content teams develop accuracy by providing real-time client feedback. We echo our clients’ ideas and feedback to our team to make sure that we stay substantial to the market.
