Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to the respective technical team members.
- Assist with matters related to fees and billings, invoicing, budgets and ensure efficient team communications and support to maintain client relationships.
- Perform non-technical planning and organizational tasks for the respective account aligned to you.
- Ensure that all required documentations are filed and archived with no delays.
- Reports and Dashboard preparation for client teams including senior leadership.
- Review of working papers and client folders. Suggest ideas on improving engagement productivity and identify opportunities for improving client services.
- Act as a central point of contact for the assigned engagement(s).
- Be knowledgeable about the services the engagement provides and utilize that
- knowledge to make suggestions and/or recommendations.
