Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the Analyst role, candidates must meet:

  • Educational Qualifications:
    • Any Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (e.g., B.E., B.Tech., B.Sc., BCA, B.Com., MBA, MCA) from a recognized university.
    • Year of Passing: 2023–2025.
    • Minimum 60% or equivalent CGPA in 10th, 12th, and graduation with no active backlogs.

Job Responsibilities

As an Analyst, you will:

  • Support network reporting leads and Finance Business Partners by generating insights from Jupiter and SWIFT data.

  • Become a super user of Jupiter, leveraging dashboards to drive strategic decisions.
  • Develop expertise in SWIFT profitability reporting and client/engagement ecosystems.
  • Collaborate with USI team leads and global stakeholders to identify and address business needs.
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables through data cleaning, analysis, and visualization.
