Eligibility Criteria

- Support US Talent Development Learning Operations by planning and delivering training for offshore clients.
- Perform administrative tasks, including system management and data entry, with accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team leads to meet client needs.
- Conduct quality checks on tasks before client submission.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring timely completion and accountability.
- Prioritize work to optimize working hours and contribute to team initiatives.
