Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Any Bachelor’s degree (e.g., B.Com, BBA, BCA, B.Tech, BA) or Master’s (e.g., MBA, MCA) from a recognized university. Preferred streams: Business, IT, Communications, Psychology. Year of Passing: 2024–2025. Minimum 60% or equivalent CGPA in 10th, 12th, and graduation, no active backlogs.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving abilities. High comfort with online software tools. Business acumen, ethics, and integrity. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask. Positive attitude and team collaboration.
  • Preferred Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems or event management software. Prior internships in client-facing or tech roles are a plus.
  • Other: Indian citizens or PIO/OCI cardholders; Bhutan/Nepal nationals need citizenship certificates. Must attend the walk-in drive in Gurgaon on August 14, 2025, at 10 AM.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support clients via phone and email, resolving queries on Cvent’s Event Management software.
  • Implement client event requirements using Cvent’s platform and share best practices.
  • Offer tips to boost event attendance through Cvent’s marketing engine.
  • Gather client requirements for future product releases and document them.
  • Create and maintain product documentation for internal and client use.
  • Communicate with clients to review initial implementations and make necessary adjustments.
  • Provide suggestions to improve event outcomes and meet client goals.
  • Document all client interactions in Cvent’s CRM software.

Selection Process

  1. Walk-In Registration: Register online via CyberTecz
  2. Online Assessment (60–90 min): Tests aptitude (verbal, logical, quantitative) and communication skills at the venue.
  3. Technical/Operational Interview: Evaluates client service scenarios, software handling, and problem-solving (e.g., “How would you assist a client with event setup issues?”).
  4. HR Interview: Assesses communication, team fit, and cultural alignment using STAR method (e.g., “Describe a time you handled a client query”).
  5. Offer: Shortlisted candidates receive offer details via email/call post-event.
