Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: B.Tech/BE in CS, IT, or Circuit Branches (e.g., ECE, EEE) or MCA from a recognized university. Year of Passing: 2025 only. Minimum 60% or equivalent CGPA in 10th, 12th, and graduation, no active backlogs.
  • Skills: Knowledge of networking technologies (Routing, Switching, Collaboration, Data Center, Wireless, Security, Cloud Support). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving, interpersonal skills, and customer-centric attitude.
  • Preferred Skills: CCNA certification. Experience with network troubleshooting or automation tools (e.g., Python, Ansible) is a plus.
  • Other: Indian citizens or PIO/OCI cardholders; Bhutan/Nepal nationals need citizenship certificates. Active DigiLocker account and Aadhar-linked mobile number mandatory. Must work in Gurgaon, full-time office model (5 days/week), rotational shifts (early morning, evening, night). No location changes post-joining.

Job Responsibilities/Description

  • Learn and apply networking technologies (Routing, Switching, Data Center, Wireless, Security) to support client infrastructure.
  • Identify and resolve network-related issues, providing inputs for solutions with appropriate guidance.
  • Participate in projects as a team contributor, ensuring quality outcomes and meeting SLAs.
  • Develop skills in complex networking areas, including cloud-based support and automation.
  • Maintain a positive, customer-centric approach while collaborating with teams to deliver robust network solutions.
  • Actively acquire knowledge of new technologies and operating practices to achieve proficiency.
