Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree, OR 1+ years of relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate: 2 or more years of work experience
- Strong knowledge in React, Javascript, Java, Microservices, RDBMS, Enterprise Architecture.
- Experience working on UI/Web development using React, JavaScript, JQuery, and HTML/CSS technologies is required.
- Full Stack Software Development experience in large scale mission critical applications.
- Springboot with Spring framework knowledge will be an added advantage
- Expertise with RDBMS systems like SQL Server or Oracle.
- Good data analytical mindset to understand the data and build great products
- Proficient in Web Services/API Development using REST, JSON
- Proficient in GIT/Stash, Maven, Jenkins etc.
- Experience with Junit, automation tools and testing frameworks.
- GenAI acquaintance for development (CoPilot, and ChatGPT)
- Passionate about delivering zero defect code that meets or exceeds the proposed defect SLA and have a high sense of accountability for quality and timeliness.
- Should have good knowledge in Performance engineering and manage high availability systems.
- You have proven ability to define needs, develop plans, coordinate resources and implement action plans.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously & to resolve scheduling & other conflicts in order to meet all deadlines.
- Understanding of Container based architecture for Cloud such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Understand the Security requirements and standards, and contemporary trends in Security risks as well as technologies.
- Experience with a variety of development methodologies and mature understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of each. Solid experience with Agile methods is a plus.
- Superior verbal, written & interpersonal communication skills with both technical & non-technical audiences.
- Excellent team player, with strong collaboration skills and ability to influence cross-functional team for results

Job Description and Responsibilities
- As a Full stack Software Engineer you will help design, enhance, and build next generation products in an agile development environment.
- You will play part of multiple teams tasked with projects ranging from backend development, frontend development, Rest based APIs, Container based services to highly functional, secure, scalable, and resilient systems.
- Contribute to release planning exercise, assign, and track work of team members to timely releases.
- Responsibilities include technical analysis and creation of conceptual approach.
- Develop code that complies with design specifications and meets security and Java/Javascript best practices.
- Coding must adhere to security standards, be easily maintainable and be high performing.
- Participate in design and code review sessions as appropriate to ensure the quality of work delivered by self and teammates are in accordance with development standards.
- Collaborate with business partners on requirements elaboration, design, configuration, and business re-engineering.
- Present technical solutions, capabilities, considerations, and features in business terms. Effectively communicate status, issues, and risks in a precise and timely manner.
- Design and execute test plans, scenarios and scripts
- Document software defects, using a bug tracking system, and report defects
