- Coordinating with new restaurants to make sure they have a smooth on-boarding into ZPay
- Training and engaging with restaurant staff for Zpay clients
- Troubleshooting and addressing escalations swiftly
- Help merchants improve service quality by relaying feedback and escalating performance issues
- Manage communication amongst multiple stakeholders within the team
- Using internal tools monitor restaurants activity, analyze data, create reports and ensure a constant stream of feedback to the restaurant
