Roles and Responsibilities
- Fielding all incoming help requests from clients via telephone .
- Record, track, and document all queries received, problem-solving steps taken and total successful resolutions .
- Follow standard processes and procedures to resolve all client queries
- Ability to learn and apply detailed procedures
- Handle complaints and objections effectively should try to resolve the same without escalation
- Probing and discovering customers needs and understand customer view point
- Transfer incorrect customer contact to the correct department
