About the BOAT Program:Â Board of Apprenticeship Training is a Central Government Scheme, where organisations are encouraged to train fresh pass outs in a particular field through on-the-job training. On completion of 12 months of Apprenticeship, the candidate will be converted into FTE (Fixed Term Employment) Role in Wipro for a period of 2 years.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 50% marks in 10th & 12th Standard
- 50% marks in Diploma (10+3,12+2 and 10+2+3)
- Diploma in CS/ IT/ IS,ECE,EEE and Mechatronics, Maths, Statistics, Electronics & Physics)
- Year of Passing & Gap 2019- max three years of GAP in education allowed.
