Job Responsibility:Â
- Creation, Modification and closure of Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders in SAP MM /SAP Ariba.
- Respond to customer and supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or invoices.
- PO Corrections/Revisions (Review & Revise due to quantity changes, cancelled projects)
- Process PO’s resulting from damaged shipments for cross dock fixtures into consolidated warehouses
- Monitor Team Inboxes for Requests
- Review & process checkout/pre-possession needs in SAP
- Support/Process Disaster Recovery Project Orders
- Review/Maintain Initiative order guides
- Pull & reconcile daily project change information
- Upload Prep Schedule
- Gather order data (trait, scope, print, count items)
- Evaluation for supplier assignment
- Evaluate Store Planning Scopes / Notify Suppliers to Quote
- Download and process requests from Service Channel
- Process PO’s resulting from damaged shipments for cross dock fixtures into consolidated warehouses
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- 0 – 2 years of work experience in Procure to Pay operations
- Exposure to SAP, Ariba and other Procurement systems would be ideal.
- Proficient in Excel
