Role purpose:

• The Reporting specialist delivers all the reports for resourcing with detailed analysis and insights of the constantly changing scenarios of resourcing deliveries.
• The role will also responsible to work in collaboration with local/Global SPOCs of HR systems to automate the reports.
• The role will ensure maintenance of a central repository of all the versioned reports so that we history is easily retrievable for any quantitative and qualitative analysis

Key Account-abilities and decision ownership:-

• Create and version all Resourcing reports
• Develop the right checks to ensure 100% data accuracy
• Publish reports to the defined stake holders in the defined frequency
• Make way for customized reports as per the demand of stake holders
• Derive data points for decision making in driving the implementation of Resourcing strategy  

Key performance indicators:

• All admin resourcing tasks completed on time
• Candidate Experience feedback (NPS)
• Time to hire
