Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing and building overall email marketing strategy
• Identify and build user journeys based on user behaviour to devise email marketing plans
• Strategize and implement email campaigns with an end goal of enhanced user engagement
• Innovate, come up with new campaign ideas and share it with other team members
• Work with the design and content teams to develop best-in-class email marketing campaigns optimized for conversion
• Continuously track and measure Open Rates, Click Rates, Conversions
• Develop and present reports on a weekly basis
• Acquire insights in Email marketing trends in the industry , best practices and keep strategies up-to-date
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on email campaign schedules, modify activity and notify stakeholders of relevant outcomes, fluctuations and plans
• Understand product, user & devise in-product & email communication optimised for acquisition, activation and retention of users
