About The Role:
- Gather requirements from different stakeholders and teams within the business.Â
- Validate the platform, including staying up to date on new features and releases, as well as raising any bugs.Â
- Functional testing: Identifying and testing every function of a product and matching the results with the required specification Â
- Test planning: Collaborating with project stakeholders to define test objectives, strategies, and test plansÂ
- Test case development: Creating detailed test cases, test scripts, and test data sets that cover various scenarios and use casesÂ
- Regression testing: Ensuring that the Salesforce system updates do not cause problems with existing functionalityÂ
- Defect management: Logging and tracking defects identified during testingÂ
- UAT testing: Helping UAT testers by giving screenshots of the functionalities and test cases flow
