- Understanding requirements and high-level designs
- Understanding/Preparing low-level designs & specification documents
- Understand, developing and upgrading code as per the SDLC process
- Working on debugging software using debuggers and troubleshoots
- Preparing unit & integration test plans, unit testing and integration testing of the product
- Following version control, defect tracking and change control in accordance with the development process
- Providing technical feasibility reports on specific functions, as required
- Compiling software development processes and procedure
