Job description:

• I provide support to the store colleagues in UK and Ireland stores by understanding their issue and troubleshooting it and by ensuring to resolve the issue in the quickest manner.
•  Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
• Identifying operational improvements and finding solutions by applying CI tools and techniques
• Responsible for completing tasks and transactions within agreed KPI’s
• Knows and applies fundamental work theories/concepts/processes in own areas of work
• I provide support to the store staff in the UK and Ireland by speaking to them or by being available to help resolve their queries/concerns by troubleshooting in the quickest available manner
• I deliver quality and reliable service to my customers and/or colleagues as per agreed Key Performance Indicators/ guidelines of the process with the support of my managers.
• I am available for 34 hrs per week speaking to store colleagues in UK/Ireland
