Job Description:
- Once assigned to a team and on the job, you will be expected to familiarize yourself with the scope of work committed by SoftwareONE to each customer your team engages with.
- You will assist the project manager to track and update project timelines, liaising between relevant teams internally, ensuring project timelines are met, highlighting red flags, and documenting everything – meetings, updates, issues raised, solutions provided, etc.
- You will track and follow up with client finance teams for pending payments and so on.
- From day one your friendly, skilled colleagues will mentor you to ensure you’re able to deliver value to our teams and customers quickly and efficiently.
- You will gain broad experience ensuring you are a well-rounded professional before you go on to choose your path of deep specialization.
- You will be assigned a variety of tasks, in rotation, that contribute to catering to the needs of existing SoftwareONE customers and showcasing to existing and potential customers the solutions SoftwareONE offers
