• MBA  (MBA Finance students preferred but other branches students who have knowledge of given skillset also can apply )
• 2021 & 2022,  (2022 batch passing out candidates need to have their provisional certificate)

Job Description:

• Responsible for the operational and management reporting responsibilities
• Develop monitoring and reporting capability to effectively track the performance of each functional area
• Co-ordinate with cross functional teams and drive daily numbers of the business unit
• Drive results in volume of resolutions, reduction in variability and high quality scores
• Analyze data statistically and provide meaningful and relevant summary
• Interacting Closely with client stakeholders and build reliable rapport
