Eligibility for Reliance Career For Freshe
- Service Availability, Planning, Customer Satisfaction, to provide effective, proactive technical support
- Comprehensive knowledge of Cisco Unified Communication Manager (CUCM) 9.1.2/10.X/11.X and Voice Technologies – Avaya Call Manager, Avaya Media Server, Avaya Media Gateway
- Good Hands-on Cisco UCS Server, Cisco Unified Applications, Cisco ISR Gateways
- Sound knowledge of E1 , FXO , FXS Configuration – PVDM resources
- Good understanding of H.323 & MGCP protocols
- Good knowledge of Call Centre setup to support various Helpdesk
- Good knowledge of Contact Centre Report structure
- Knowledge of Ameyo Contact Centre Set up will be an added advantage
- Understanding of TRAI regulatory will be an added advantage
- Responsible for design, staging, configuration, implementation, and
- support for VoIP installations as necessary
- Experience with Call Manager Migrations
- Good knowledge of CUBE configuration and SIP trunking with Ecosystems
- Ensure the stability and integrity of Voice Network Services.
- Proficient in technical and non-technical communication, both in Oral
& Written - Excellent problem solving, analytical and logical skills
- Optimistic towards achieving desired goals
Skills Needed:
- Knowledge on SIP Call flow
- Excellent working Knowledge of Real-Time Transport (RTP) Protocol
- Good practical experience on troubleshooting in VoIP
- Basic knowledge in Networking
- Good analytical skills
