Job summary of Redhat Careers:
The Red Hat IT team is looking for a Graduate Engineer Trainee to join our Data Management Tooling (DMT) team in Pune, India. In this role, you will document the existing infrastructure and underlying application components including reporting, ETLs, virtualization, and server configurations for the Enterprise Data Analytics (EDA) team. You will write detailed technical design documents, targeting the right audience. This is a great opportunity to gain experience, as well as to broaden your communication skills.
Primary Job Responsibilities for Redhat Careers
- Research and convert existing infrastructure into effective technical documents
- Perform research and analysis to make recommendations on best practises in infrastructure and application maintenance
- Contribute ideas to the overall communications and change management strategy for the DMT team
Required Skills for Redhat Careers:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, communications, marketing, English, or a related field
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Solid critical thinking skills to ask questions and perform analysis
- HTML, web templates usage, video editing, and design (Adobe Creative Cloud) skills are a plus
- Experience with data and analytics is a plus
