Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in managing operating systems, incident response, and VPN systems.
• Good Understanding of SDLC.
• A collaborator with demonstrated multitasking and time management skills.
• Skilled at writing protocols and process analysis.
• Passion for learning & analytical mindset with an eye for solving problems and continuous improvement.
• Understanding of Linux, Kubernetes, Application Software and Enterprise Compute.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Certification in ITIL, Linux & Kubernetes is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Willing to work night shifts on a rotation basis
• Ideally One to two years of experience preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• 24x7x365 Alarm Monitoring.
• First Level Handling of Incident Management & Basic Troubleshooting.
• Performing Daily & Shift-wise Health Checks.
• Coordination & Follow-ups on RCA for Closure.
• Timely Escalation over communication channels as per Urgency & Priority.
• Reports & Handover on a Daily/shift Basis for Alarms & KPI’s.
• Coordination for Maintenance/Replacement Work.
• Proactive Participation during the ERT/Outages.
• Coordinate with Product Business Units, and Support Office Teams to support the existing Production Environment.
