Responsibility of Precision Techserve Career:
- Good in English communication (verbal & written)
- Awareness about the SLA (TAT of response/resolution of Tickets)
- Response/Answer, evaluate, and prioritize incoming telephone, e-mail, about on the issues
- Provide continuous status information to ensure customer satisfaction over the phone & email.
- Periodic updates on Tickets at Tool.
- Good in email communication
- Customer handling skills
- Awareness & knowledge of escalation process & management.
- Good in Excel/Word
- Vendor Coordination
- Experience on MIS /Pivot/excel preparing the reports in excel, DCR, Assets Management.
