Job Description:

• Fluency in written & verbal English is a must.
• Should be willing to coordinate with customers over the phone/email and involve in calling-related activities.
• Handling backend operations.
• Coordinating with internal teams.
• Good Knowledge of Networking/Monitoring.
• Should be willing to work 6 days and in Night Shifts.
• Should be okay with roster week offs.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts & 6 days a week.
• Knowledge of MS Office specifically MS-Excel is a must.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Any Graduate/Post-Graduate (Full Time/Regular)
• Male Candidates Only.
• B.Tech /BCA/M.Tech/MCA graduates will be preferred.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Experience: 0 – 3 years.
