Qualifications:
- Diploma in Electronics/ Electrical / Computer Science/Communication Engineering
Role requires tasks majorly listed below (but not limited to):
- End to end faults handling ,trouble shooting network issue and resolving problems in respective domain
- Providing Root Cause Analysis
- Coordinating with Vendors & CARE organisations
- Preparing SLA/Performance reports and meeting with Customers to manage regular operations. Â Â
- Should be ready to work in 24×7 environment. This is a mustÂ
- Trouble Ticket handlingÂ
- Customer Issue handlingÂ
- Ensure to Acknowledge and close TT within SLA/OLAÂ
- Prepare, implement and verify the configuration and integration of a Node /system/servicesÂ
- Emergency Handling and chronology preparationÂ
- Coordinating with care/vendor team for handling resolved casesÂ
- Interfacing with other Technical TeamsÂ
- Coordinating with field team if onsite support required on faultsÂ
- Hand over and activity sheet preparationÂ
- Ability to identify problems and act accordingly as per defined CM processÂ
- Ensuring Post check of activities done during MW period.Â
- Experience in trouble shooting of configuration related issues.Â
- Preparation of script and Impact analysis for changes that needs to be done in network.Â
- Ensuring coordination with cross-functional teams (if any) for various issues during any configuration changes.Â
- Supporting AM engineers in day today activities.
