Job Summary:
- Conceptualize and execute specific promotions programs.
- Boost occupancy and price realization .
- Conceive and orchestrate large promotional initiatives and plans such as campaigns.
- Develop the entire logistical planning of a promotion.
- ensure operations associates and team leaders are trained to each promotion
- Bring in sponsorship for all major events and promotions.
- Data management, analysis and reporting of spend details on a monthly basis.
- Competition tracking and analysis.
- Follow up with creative, media, PR, website and social media agencies.
- Vendor management in terms of co-ordination of creative Responsible for coordination relating to exhibitions, events and displays.
- Develop new contacts & maintain the existing ones.
- Monitoring of websites/social media pages in sync with the current brand campaigns.
- Preparing drafts for press releases, presentations, brochures, product literature, e-mailer, news releases.Follow ups with vendors and sales team regarding the bills
