Requirements:

• Familiar with the key digital media owners or vendors. Excellent written and oral communication skills combined with outstanding presentation skills
• Applied knowledge of 3rd party ad serving, website and tracking and associated technologies – Preferred
• Intermediate to advanced analytical skills, specifically relating to performance data and metrics – Preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Abreast with the latest technology that will affect digital advertising

The role reports to the Business Manager.

• Lead and manage all tagging, tracking, delivery and reporting of campaigns
• Puts you on the cutting edge of digital advertising and digital measurement.
• Management of communication between the Agency and media partners.
• Follow-up with production and media in regard to posting and rotation status, both before and after campaign is live

In three months:

• Collection of vendor invoices
• Monthly billing management
• Inputting media plans into billing systems

In six months:

• Monthly budget actualizations
• Client Authorizations and Vendor Insertion Orders

Responsibilities:

• Proactively seek out opportunities to enhance client and product knowledge as it relates to accounting billing processes
• Assist, as needed, to complete month close process for billing including the finalizing of billing with digital vendors, gathering all invoices and sharing with Billing contact
• Review billing rates and fees in the billing system to ensure agreement with contractual terms and conditions
• Create and manage Client Authorizations and Vendor Insertion Orders
