• To support and assist customers as required ensuring their needs of Festo products and services are met. 
• To interact with internal functions e.g., Finance, Logistics or Production and coordinate in meeting the customer needs.

Key Accountabilities:

• Generate quotations based on customer enquiry via SAP system
• Register orders via SAP system
• Recommend compatible Festo products for technical queries
• Providing technical solutions to customers in counter sales
• Respond to customer queries related to quotations, order, delivery schedules/despatch status etc
• Respond to customer calls related to quotations, delivery schedules/despatch status etc via CRM system
• Maintain daily track reports as per the template provided
