Basics of Quality Control:
Understanding of –
- Sampling methodology
- Calculation method (DPO, DPMO)
- Transaction Monitoring Checklist
RCA: Resource to have completed the training module of RCA methodology and familiar with all the concepts covered
Knowledge on Microsoft Excel
Usage of excel formula for –
- Basic analysis
- Graphs
- Simple Macros (good to have)
- Certified Transaction Monitoring : Resource to have completed the training module of Certified Transaction Monitoring and familiar with all the concepts covered
Documents to Carry:
- Carry a print out your updated resume;
- Carry any 2 photo Identity proof (PAN Card/Driving License/Voters ID card/Passport).
- All original education documents need to be available for verification. (10th, 12th, Graduation (Sem Wise Marksheet, CMM. Provisional and Original Degree)
