- Knowledge on concepts like Pricing, Discounts, Gross Margin, Purchase Order
- Good understanding on who is a Vendor, Seller, Buyer, Customer etc
- Interact with the sales team through chat or calls through Microsoft Teams/Webex
- Provide email support (inbound/Outbound emails)
- Interact effectively with upstream and downstream teams
- Good understanding on Quotations Management process. Quote to Order.
- Clear written & oral communication skills with internal customers.
- Experience in working on ERP systems i.e SAP & Web based tools
- Works well with cross functional teams
- Good knowledge on KPI’s and SLA’s
- Acumen for quality at work.
