Responsibilities for Hyland Careers Recruitment As Software Developer:

• May be assigned to a small project or to phase(s) of larger project
• Solves routine problems using well documented methods and techniques; Problems are limited where solutions can be readily obtained
• Learning and beginning to apply specialized knowledge of a technology/discipline
• Initially relies heavily on senior staff for programming and troubleshooting guidance
• Expected to grow skills towards more autonomous programming and troubleshooting
• Receives daily guidance from development or project leader
• Works under direct supervision with specific instruction
• Gains subject matter knowledge in programming language and platform
• May begin apprenticeship toward product leadership

Qualifications for Hyland Careers:

• Ability to work through a problem effectively and provide a solution
• Ability to accurately follow directions
• Ability to work independently as well as in teams
• Experience programming in structured languages
• Ability to understand and apply concepts of objected oriented programming
