Summary of Position of Glowtouch Technologies:
We are looking for technical support trainees to provide backend support to customers through email and chat, troubleshooting technical issues. The position title will be Technical Trainee, and will change after successfully completing three months.
Position qualifications include graduates in: BE, BCA, BSc, or B.Com and MCA.
Key Attributes of Glowtouch Technologies:
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proper intonation and clear rate of speech
- Fair grammatical correctness
- Able to understand and have basic conversations in Hindi
- Must be willing to work in shifts (including at night and on holidays)
