Minimum Qualifications of Genpact Careers 2020:

• B.E/B.Tech Graduate
• MCA or M.Sc Post Graduate. Quantitative/ Analytical background (Preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Sound SQL/VBA Oracle knowledge.
• Fairly proficient in VBA/SQL Scripting and natural ability to reverse engineer the coded business layers
• Prior experience in automated tool development and maintenance
• High proficiency in a .NET language, C# preferred.
• Experience in working in an agile development team is a plus.
• Highly developed conceptual, analytical, and innovative problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work optimally and reciprocally with others in an international and global team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop Macro/VBA/SQL based custom solutions within agreed timelines
• Lead captive projects around solution delivery based on VBA/SQL coding
• Passionate about data intensive tasks like compilation, validation, reconciliations to prepare data for actuarial analyses
• Expertise on coding (VBA/ SQL/R, Programming/Python) to automate streamlined processes and to architect and design solutions based on programming technologies
• Driving improvement projects wherever required, primarily focusing on ensuring quality, accuracy and timeliness of existing regular reporting requirements
• Help and support rest of the team with data queries and simple reporting requirements
• Undertaking test plans, implementation plans and governance documents
