Job Description:

• High complexity assignments – augmentation and/or independent segment owner
• Moderate complexity assignments – augmentation (1 or >) or owner
• Low complexity assignments – owner (1 or >)
• May lead another individual
• Ability to see whole picture
• Perform some operations requirements and provide training for level 1 associates.
• Understand data enter environments and applications.
• Participate in technical solutions for clients and operations environments.
• Setup schedules for both mainframe and server workloads.
• Internal / external reporting
• Troubleshoot simple issues with schedule, code promotion or reporting.
• Evaluate processes for enhancement

Following stages will be the process for this program.

• Online Assessment – Combination of Aptitude, Logical reasoning, and English verbal language.
• Shortlisted candidates will be invited to one of the colleges either in Pune/Chennai for technical and HR discussions. Selected candidates will be issues Letter of Intent within 48 hours of their selection.
• Post Selection with us each selected candidates will undergo a detailed training with our training partner for a period of 60 days before they are deployed with Ensono.
• Final selected candidates will be informed about the starting of training program start date and the complete process.
