• Provide solutions and responsible for deployment, configuration, troubleshooting and fine tuning of Linux/Windows related systems
• Perform system and security upgrades, patches and vulnerability fixes and provide support services to users and developers
• Resolve help desk critical issues and process items in a ticket queue
• Responsible for monitoring servers and remediate alerts that get raised
• Document the relevant processes and procedures
• Ensure compliance to security standards and policies
• Work with vendors for new projects, issue resolution
• Manage all Windows & Linux Servers, BI tools like Qlik/Tableau, and big data platform
• Deploying of new Software/Server Setup based on the requirements
• Managing interface to our engineering by addressing issues, keeping track of these end to end issues until they are solved
