- Year of Passing – 2017 to 2019 (No Standing Arrears/Backlogs).
- Educational Qualification-BE/B.Tech- ECE,EEE,IT,CS.
- Basic understanding in any of the 5 operating systems (Linux, Mac, Windows, Chrome, and Android) with basic OS troubleshooting techniques and documented escalation procedures.
- Basic understanding of Networking and Network troubleshooting.
- Good communication skills.
- Good Analytical & Cognitive skills.
- Excellent customer handling skills.
- Ability to deal professionally with customers.
- Should be willing to work on rotational shifts and rotational week offs.
