• Bachelors in engineering or equivalent

Responsibility:

Requirement Analysis:

• Study the requirements shared by performance analyst.
• Interpret the requirements and seek clarifications.
• Raise issues with requirements document and solutions for the same.
• Participate in KT calls to understand the requirements.
• Conduct analysis on production/application log for existing applications and share inputs on requirement analysis for deriving workload model with Performance Analyst.

Design and Development:

• Collect data on production environment configuration from infrastructure team/ client.
• Provide inputs on test environment team to analyst.
• Review test scripts prepared by test engineer for various scenarios and validate same, as required.
• Conduct code profiling during development stage.
• Interpret profiling statistics and identify issues with the code.
• Discuss recommendations on code with analyst.
• Execution and Recommendation: Conduct analysis on production/application logs and identify potential performance/ scalability challenges.
• Develop proof of concepts in short turnaround.

Knowledge Sharing:

• Support in maintaining the CoE website.
• Collect and present technical artefacts on performance and scalability from various sources.
• Participate in knowledge sharing sessions on new technologies with other teams.
• Contribute to knowledge repository and tools.
