Position Description:
- Agile across different businesses
- Responsible for talent landscape and market intelligence on demand
- Building an eco-system of suppliers strategically; owning and designing/executing digital branding strategy
- Direct sourcing accountabilities for hardest / escalated positions; guidance to Aligned sourcers
- Consultation to business and running specific hiring programs end-to-end basis request of TA BAMs and approval of the TA Lead.
- Aligned to a business
- Responsible for candidate database building; sourcing through industry network
- Rreliminary CV screening and interest checks; administering screening tests, tagging screened candidates against flagged requisitions;
- Liaisoning with candidate management team / vendors / candidates to ensure closure of feedback loop
- May support the candidate management team on specific positions and events.
