- Trouble shooting lists – VPN, BSOD, Bit locker, MS teams, Password reset, Active directory, Printer, Outlook/webmail/Add ins/PST/DST/, BIOS, Drivers & Installation
- Ping command
- Difference between service request & incidents.
- Aware about the SLA/Metrics handled.
