Eligibility for Career at Paytm 2020:
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi/English and other Indian languages
- Experience in individual KYC due diligence (not mandatory)
- Diploma/Graduate
Responsibilities:
- Making calls to PPBL prospect customers for completing the KYC process
- Obtaining customer information and performing the due diligence as per the laid down guidelines during the call with the customer
- Assisting the customer by explaining the procedure and answering questions
- Maintaining and improving the quality results by adhering to the standards and guidelines
- Updating job knowledge by studying new guideline and descriptions.
