Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has given an employment notification for the recruitment of Bihar Teacher Eligibility Test (BTET) 2019 vacancies.
The Bihar School Examination Board is going to going to conduct the State Teachers Eligibility Test 2019 (STET) and Physical Education and Health Instructor Examination 2019 (PEHIE) on November 7. The aspirants will have to fill online application forms for the two examinations between September 9, 2019 and September 18, 2019.The detailed about Bihar STET Recruitment eligibility and application process are mentioned below
Bihar STET vacancies in government schools for secondary and higher secondary classes. For STET exam, candidates will appear for the paper I (classes IX and X) and paper II (classes XI and XII) against 25,270 and 12,065 vacancies.

Selection procedure: The candidates will have to appear for written exam and physical fitness test. The written test of paper I and paper II of STET will be of 150 marks each – 100 marks for the selected subject and 50 marks for reasoning. The duration of examination will be two-and-a-half hours.
Bihar STET Paper 1st – The candidate must have passed Graduation in relevant subject with minimum 50% and B.Ed Degree. (In case of SC/ ST/ EBC/ BC/ & Divyang, 5% relaxation will be given)
Bihar STET Paper 2nd – The candidate must have passed Graduation in relevant subject with minimum 50% and B.Ed Degree. For computer Science Subject Candidate, M.sc, BCA/ B.ed Degree is not mandatory. (In case of SC/ ST/ EBC/ BC/ & Divyang, 5% relaxation will be given)
Bihar STET Physical Education & Health Instructor – The candidate should have passed matriculation and physical education certificate/ Diploma/ Degree exam from recognized board.
The selections of all the applicants shall be based on the STET and the minimum qualifying marks for qualifying in the test is 60% for all the candidates.
