Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with minimum marks shall be 60% in Bachelor’s degree in the aggregate of all semesters/ years and knowledge in computers.

Desirable:

• Professional qualification like MBA (Finance) /CA/ICWA/CFA/FRM/ from a recognized University/ Institution/ Board recognized by Govt. of India / approved by Govt. Regulatory bodies is desirable.
• Passing of JAIIB and CAIIB is desirable

Experience: As on 01-04-2019

• Generalist Officer Scale-II: Post qualification Work Experience of 2 years as an officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank.
• Generalist Officer Scale – III: Post qualification Work Experience of 5 years as an officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank.

Age limit: As on 01-04-2019

• Generalist Officer Scale-II: 20 to 35 years
• Generalist Officer Scale-III: 20 to 38 years

Probation period: The selected candidate will be on probation for a period of 12 months (1 year of active service) from the date of his/ her joining the Bank.

Selection Process:

Selection will be based on Online Examination and Interview/Group discussion.

Online Examination Pattern:

Minimum Qualifying Marks in Online Exam & Interview/GD:

• Unreserved/EWS/OBC Category – 50 %
• SC/ST/PWBD Category – 45 %

• For UR / EWS / OBC: Rs.1180/- (Application fee: 1000 +GST: 180)
• For SC/ST Category: Rs.118/- (Application fee: 100 +GST: 18)
• For PWD Category: Fee Exempted
