• Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree required Advanced degree preferred

• Additional Information: Collaborate with infrastructure and application owners on security hot-fixes Self-motivated

Key Responsibilities: 

Fault Management of Network Security devices and its infrastructure Patch Management of Network Security devices from central management server or tool and by manual process Backup and restore of Network Security devices IDS/IPS /Endpoint Security Rule administration Scheduling and generation of basic reports like Incident Analysis, SLA violation, rule implementation, etc Ability to perform on call functions and respond to emergency calls Should be able to meet the defined SLAs for service
