Job Summary:
- You will be aligned with our Customer Service Delivery vertical and help us in managing/ resolving customers query, handling escalations and complaints of the dissatisfied customers and giving best resolutions and closing the fault and complaints with their permission.
- You will be working as a part of Query Management (Technical) team which is accountable for the Inbound /Outbound calls and e-mail/chat support to resolve a technical issue.
- You will be responsible for Customer service (Technical) where in you will be managing incoming calls/ chats /emails and customer service inquiries on Technical issues along with handling calls/ chats/ emails and fulfilling the customer’s requirements.
- It is critical to build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication by providing accurate, valid and complete information using the right methods/tools.
- You will need to manage large volumes of incoming calls / chats /emails.
