Round Details of Accenture Hiring Process 2021

Round 1: Communication Test

Once you have registered for Accenture Recruitment 2020, you will receive a link to attend the communication test.

Round 2: Zonal Level Hiring Test

Upon clearing the communication test, you will receive a QR-based admit card to participate in the Zonal Level Hiring Test of Accenture Recruitment.

This round will include two assessments:

• Cognitive and Technical assessment
• Coding Assessment

Note: The coding assessment is deemed mandatory for the Full Stack Engineer role.

Round 3: Group Interaction

More details about this particular round are yet to be disclosed by the company.

Therefore, it becomes essential to maintain an aggregate of 60% with no pending backlogs.

Accenture Eligibility Criteria

• The eligibility criteria to attend the Accenture online test is as given below. The candidates should fulfill the following Eligibility Criteria:
• A candidate should have a full-time Bachelors or Masters Degree (B.E, B.Tech, B.Com, BBA, B.Sc., M.Tech, M.E, MBA, etc.) from a recognized university.
• A candidate should have a minimum of 60% throughout their academics (10th and 12th standard, under-graduation, and post-graduation).
• The candidate should not have a year gap of more than one year.
• The candidate should not have any backlogs at the time of application.

 Skills Required For Accenture Off-Campus 2020

• Good understanding of C, Java, Core Java concepts.
• Must have excellent verbal and oral communication skills with email etiquette.
• Agree to work in 24*7 shifts.
• Able to relocate to any location in India.
• Ability to work creatively.
• Should have a desire to work on any information system.
• Have problem-solving skills by understanding the bug.

Accenture Test Pattern – On Campus

The first round of the Accenture recruitment process is an online test. This test is conducted using various platforms like Amcat, MeritTrac, Whee box, and Cocubes. Accenture has recently (2018) started using the Whee box for its online test. Accenture online test pattern via Whee box is given below.

Some important things you need to know about Accenture online test pattern 2020

• There is no negative marking in Accenture online test.
• If Accenture conducts its online test using the Meritrac platform, then you will have the option to skip or answer a question later.
• There is a sectional cutoff and hence you need to concentrate on all three sections.

Amcat Test Pattern:

• Accenture test pattern via Amcat has no negative marking.
• You cannot skip a question. You need to answer the current question in order to go to the next one.
• The difficulty level of the questions varies depending on your answer to the previous question.
