Job Summary:
- You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and help us in determining Financial outcome by collecting operational Data / Reports, whilst conducting Analysis and Reconciling transactions.
- The Order to Cash Processing team is accountable for processes that start from customers enquiry and involve sales order from customer to delivery and invoicing.
- You will be responsible for Cash Applications where in you need to have extensive knowledge and ability to perform day-to-day operations while maintaining SLA.
- Solving queries related to cash applications and coordination with customers is required.
- You should have an understanding of O2C cash application, process of applying unapplied cash, reconciliation of suspense account in cash application, process from Payment receipt to finalization.
